How to Add AdSense on HTTPS sites?
In order to run the AdSense ads on your HTPPS website, you must create the new ad unit or you can change the code type from Synchronous to Asynchronous from by drop down menu, only if you haven't implemented the old code yet. Follow the below steps to create a new ad unit for HTTPS websites:
- Sign-in your Google AdSense Account
- Click on the Ads Tab
- Select on "New Ad Unit" by selecting the Content tab from the sidebar
- And then, create a new ad unit
- Once created, save and copy the ad code of that Ad unit by selecting the Asynchronous code type.
How change the code type from Synchronous to Asynchronous?
- Click on the Ads Tab
- Select on "New Ad Unit" by selecting the Content tab from the sidebar
- Click on "Get Code" on your Ad
- Change the code type from Synchronous to Asynchronous from by drop down menu.
- Copy the Code and paste it where ever you want and you are done !!
Note: After applying the Asynchronous code type, your ads can work on both HTTP as well as HTTPS webpages !!
