DC Avanti Vs BMW 3 Series 320d Sport - Comparative Review

After comparing DC Avanti and Audi R8 in the last post, we will now compare DC Avanti and BMW 3 Series, 320d Sport. As we know that Audi R8 was far better than Avanti in terms of performance and looks, BMW really isn't that different compared to Avanti when it comes to displacement or speed. For example, as you can see in the below table, height(of BMW is higher than that of Avanti), fuel type and the tyre size are different! Avanti with a turbo charged engine makes the maximum power of 250 Bhp @ 5500 rpm where as BMW makes 184 Bhp @ 4000 rpm. The gear transmission of BMW is more, i.e. it has got 8 automatic gears where Avanti is lagging behind with 6 manual gear transmission. The most attractive part what people search in a car is lamps(head and tail). Avanti has been manufactured with different sets of head lambs of bi-xenon units, LED DRLS where as BMW has been built with an adaptive xenon headlights(the one which are very bright). Coming to the style, BMW looks classy(suits very well for the business men) where as Avanti looks sporty(suits young guys who love racing/speed)!
